We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here are our conditions, designed to be fair:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded but is considered a credit for any other stay at our establishment within 6 months of the cancellation date.
- No-show: 1 night's charge (equivalent to the most expensive night of the stay).
- All cancellations or modifications must be notified in writing (booking@hotellespalmiers.com or by letter).
- Any change of dates is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
For any special requests (postponement, goodwill gesture), we will do our best to assist you.
